Eligibility

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused unwashed and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation is required.

Returns

If you receive a defective damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our support team will guide you through the process and arrange a return where necessary.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders refunds may be provided via bank transfer or as store credit depending on the customer’s choice.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style we can arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
